Undertaker And Batista Pick Up Victory Over Mr. Kennedy and Finlay

Friday, April 13th, 2007

Batista and The Undertaker Stare DownOn a night when The Undertaker and Batista found out they would be facing each other in a Wrestlemania 23 rematch for the Heavyweight Championship Title, the two would have to compete together in a tag team match against Mr. Kennedy and Finlay.  Originally, Mr. Kennedy and Finlay were suppose to compete earlier in the broadcast however Mr. Kennedy apologized to Finlay for attacking Hornswoggle.  Last week, Finlay attacked Mr. Kennedy after his match up from behind.  Finlay accepted Mr. Kennedy’s apology, and Mr. Kennedy said it was his fault and took full responsibility for his actions and deserved the attack from Finlay last week.   Theodore Long then came out and told the two superstars that since they were not wrestling each other tonight, they would have to face Batista and The Undertaker.  Before the match got underway, Batista and The Undertaker stared each other down.  The Undertaker started the match off dominating both Finlay and Mr. Kennedy.  With every move, he would glance to Batista to show him that would be him at Backlash.  When Batista entered the ring, he did the same to The Undertaker.  Both wrestlers tried to out do each other.  Finlay and Mr. Kennedy seem to be on the same page throughout the match, double teaming at times.  The end result was Batista putting Mr. Kennedy in the Batista Bomb ending in a victory for Batista and The Undertaker.  Friday Night Smackdown went off the air with a stare down between The Undertaker and Batista.

Queen Sharmell (Sharmell Sullivan)

Monday, April 9th, 2007

Queen SharmellFormer Miss Black America in 1991, Queen Sharmell first started in the WWE in May 2005.  Prior to becoming a WWE Diva, Queen Sharmell was a Nitro Girl with WCW (World Championship Wrestling) known as Storm.  Shortly after WCW was purchased by WWE, Queen Sharmell signed a contract to become a Diva on WWE Friday Night Smackdown.  In the beginning, she was signed to be a full time in-ring performer as a womans wrestler.  However, a knee injury caused her release from the WWE a year later.  In 2005, she came back to Smackdown and accompanied her real life wrestling superstar husband Booker T to ringside.  This was where she has made her biggest impact.  After the 2006 King of the Ring Tournament, in which her husband won, they referred to themselves as “King Booker” and “Queen Sharmell”.
