New Wrestling Rumors

Last night at TNA’s Lockdown, Sting picked up the victory by pinning Abyss after Jeff Jarrett’s guitar shot to his head.  With Stings victory, it guaranteed him a title shot against Christian Cage at next months Pay Per View event called Sacrifice.  Also, new tag teams were crowned when Team 3D defeated the Latin American Xchange.  All the final Lockdown results are as follows:

• Christy Hemme’s team of Serotonin lost to the Voodoo Kin Mafia
• Chris Saban retained  his X Division Championship in the Xscape match by escaping first before Jay Lethal
• Senshi defeated Austin Starr with Mr. Bob Backlund as the special guest referee
• James Storm defeated Chris Harris in the blindfold match
• Robert Roode defeated Petey Williams
• “The Fallen Angel” Christopher Daniels defeated Jerry Lynn
• Gail Kim defeated Jackie Moore

Tonight at 8:00 pm ET on Pay-Per-View, TNA Lockdown gets underway. The following matches are set:

• Cat fight in the cage: Gail Kim vs Jackie Moore
• The Voodoo Kin Mafia vs Christy Hemme’s Mystery Team
• Special Referee Mr. Backlun: Senshi vs Austin Starr

• Blindfold Match: “Wildcat” Chris Harris vs “Cowboy” James Storm
